For security reasons, we verify all phone numbers during the account creation process by sending a code. This code then needs to be inputted into Zenly to finalize the creation process. We do this primarily to prevent someone from creating an account using the number belonging to someone else. 🤝
Sometimes, a user can enter their number incorrectly, causing the code to be sent by either text/ voice to the wrong number.
Please rest assured that receiving the code does not mean an account has been created using your number.
