So your friend’s location seems incorrect, eh? here are some reasons why:
You or your friend has weak or no signal
You must have an active connection (either wifi or 4G/5G and a strong GPS signal) for Zenly to detect your location and receive your friends’ location.
Your friend has chosen not to share their real-time location
Zenly has Ghost Mode 👻 giving users the option to hide their real-time location. If your friend freezes their location, it will no longer update. We cannot disable ghost mode if enabled by your friend. Only they can do so.
Your friend is no longer using Zenly
If your friend has uninstalled Zenly, their location will no longer update.

Ask your friend to verify their device settings
Your friend should ensure none of their device settings prevent Zenly from detecting and updating their location. Refer your friend to our troubleshooting articles for iOS and Android.
