Check the following if you have an iPhone and you’re not receiving notifications from Zenly:
Give Zenly Permission
Device settings > ‘Notifications’ > ‘Zenly’ > toggle on ‘allow notifications’
Disable Do Not Disturb
Device settings > ‘Do not disturb’ > toggle off ‘Do not disturb’
Enable Banners
Device settings > ‘Notifications’ > ‘Zenly’ > toggle on ‘Banners’
Enable Background App Refresh
Device settings > ‘General’ > ‘Background app refresh’ > toggle on ‘Background app refresh’
Verify Connection
Verify you have an active connection, either 4G/5G or WiFi
Not receiving notifications when a friend joins Zenly or when a friend travels abroad?
Open Zenly > settings ( ⚙️ ) > ‘Account’ > ‘Notifications > ‘Friends abroad’ > enable the option for all your friends
Open Zenly > settings ( ⚙️ ) > ‘Account’ > ‘Notifications’ > enable the option contacts on zenly
