If so, it sounds like battery/data-saving settings are enabled on your device, preventing Zenly from running correctly in the background. 😱
Check the settings below to verify Zenly has all the correct permissions. The wording of the settings below can differ slightly depending on your device, so keep your eyes peeled for anything similar! 👀
Verify Battery Saving settings
- Mobile Manager > PowerMaster > Settings or Battery Saving > toggle off Auto-deny apps from auto-starting.
- Mobile Manager > PowerMaster > Settings or Battery Saving > toggle off Clean up in suspend.
Ensure Zenly can run on startup
- Phone Manager or Smart Manager app > toggle on Allow Zenly to auto-start.
Ensure Zenly has access to mobile data and wifi
- Phone Manager or Smart Manager app > Data Manager > Net Control > toggle on Allow Zenly to use data and wifi.
