Manual cache wiping
Wiping the cache of your telephone will result in you being asked to sign in again as it deletes the data linked to signing in.
Automatic cache wiping
Have you installed any third-party applications designed to clean your device cache or free-up memory? If so, these can cause you to be asked to sign in repeatedly. Please ensure that Zenly is exempt from these applications.
Zenly cannot be used on more than one device at the same time. Signing in to a new device will automatically sign you out of the previously connected device. You can read more on this here.
Re-install the app
If none of the above solutions have resolved your problem, please uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this helps.
