For security reasons, such as preventing someone from creating an account with your number, we must verify your phone number. To do this, we ask you to enter your number during the registration process and to input a four-digit code sent by text.
If you do not receive the code by text, an option will appear on-screen for you to request a call. If requested, an automated voice will provide you with the code. Enter this code to verify your number.
It is important not to guess the code as if you enter the code wrong too many times; you will be locked out for 24 hours ⛔️.
Rarely, an error can occur when receiving the text message or call. If this happens, please troubleshoot the following:
- Verify that your device is capable of receiving text messages/ calls.
- Verify that there you have no settings enabled to block calls/texts, especially from international numbers, as it’s sometimes possible that our verification provider sends you the code from an international number.
- That you have a strong, active WiFi or data connection when submitting your number. If you have a bad connection, the verification process might not work.
